RE: Refunds & Postponed/Cancelled Shows

Currently, we are actively rescheduling shows at Great American Music Hall due to the recent mandates by the City of San Francisco and are subject to change as orders are updated. In addition to these, any shows that were scheduled to take place at Slim’s are in the process of migrating to Great American Music Hall at a rescheduled date.

If a show was cancelled, we will process refunds automatically and no additional action will need to be taken. If a show is postponed, original tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date with no exchange necessary. Otherwise, a refund may be requested for postponed shows via info@slimspresents.com.

We will continue to follow and comply with all government directives, so please check slimspresents.com periodically for updates and show specific info.
